Umm… After A Doll, There’s Going To Be A Movie Called ‘Taimur’

Saif Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan

It’s safe to say Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan‘s little sunshine Taimur Ali Khan is a star in his own right just for being as cute as ever. From the first picture of the cutie that went viral right after his birth to the recent one of him twinning with his dad in white, we always love seeing this adorable baby boy. His fame is somewhat disconcerting and well understandable to some extent, but there are times when people take it a tad too far. One such incident was when there was a doll made that was inspired by Taimur and even named after him. The doll makes a frequent appearance when Taimur’s elder sister Sara Ali Khan is promoting her movies and is gifted the doll. And now, a report in Mumbai Mirror suggests that a film will be titled Taimur. Reportedly, director Madhur Bhandarkar has registered the title as he was ‘enamoured’ by the name. While we don’t know if the story has anything to do with the almost 2-year-old (we seriously hope not), we’re sure it will gather a lot of attention just because of the name. Oh! I can already imagine all the memes. But my wild guess is that the movie will be based on the infamous Invader Taimur. (Please let it be about him)

When #Saifeena had first revealed the name of their son to the world, the internet had thrown a fit. But, as all of you know the little boy has managed to win over the internet and how. So much that, there are fan pages of him on Instagram.

In one of his interviews, Saif even said,

Maybe I should trademark his name…The least they could do is send me one Taimur doll! I am glad people are benefiting from him. I only ask God for his safety and happiness in return.

Well… we’ll have to wait and see just how much more famous the child is going to get, I guess.
