The film has already crossed the Rs 350 crore mark at the global box office and has become the biggest Bollywood earner of Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions. Director Rohit Shetty, who is happy the film is "roaring globally", feels the success not only belongs to him but also to fans and the fraternity as a whole. "It feels incredible to see the excitement and fabulous response of the audience for 'Simmba' in cinema halls everywhere. I am very happy with the appreciation the film is garnering," he said.
Talking about the box office numbers, Ranveer said, "It is not about the numbers for me, it is basically to entertain people, to entertain as many as i can and as much as possible. I keep that purpose of life, i'm an entertainer and I want to be the best entertainer. It's a single point agenda for me and a personal ambition." Anyway, do you think the film will enter the Rs 250 crore club at the domestic market? Tweet to us...
