After impressing us with an intriguing teaser, the makers of Mammootty starrer Peranbu released the trailer of the film and we must say it raises our expectation to the next level. The film, which marks the return of Mammootty in the Tamil cinema after 8 years looks like a masterpiece in each and every frame. The trailer was launched a few days back at the Vikatan awards and is already garnering huge popularity on the social media.

Talking about Peranbu, the film showcases the story of Amudhavan played by Mammootty, who is the father of a physically challenged girl. It narrates the problems faced by the lead protagonist when his wife leaves them for someone else. Apart from the Malayalam superstar, the film also stars Saadhna, Anjali, Anjali Ameer, Samuthirakkani and Suraj Venjaramoodu in key roles. The film has already received rave reviews from the international critics and has been screened international film festivals like International Film Festival Rotterdam and Shanghai International Film Festival.
