Janhvi Kapoor had a tragic start to 2018 when her mom Sridevi breathed her last in February. It was a devastating time for her because she was just getting ready to arrive on the big screens with Dhadak, the Hindi remake of Sairat. But her debut film's success and her family helped her gradually recover from the shock. Now, the lady has Karan Johar's Takht to look forward to. But if our sources are to be believed then that isn't the only film that the lady has in her kitty. Janhvi will play an Army officer in her next film.
Meanwhile. Janhvi is tackling trolls on Twitter pretty well and she has Karan Johar to thank for that. She was the celeb guest on Karan Johar's Calling Karan a few days back. She sought his advice on how to deal with trolls. Karan replied, "Just Jhanvi, I have discussed this with you time and again just learn to be amused by them. They are a group lonely, unhappy, unattractive, unemployed people who don't need to give you any input and advice. They are just angry and upset because of their circumstance and they just can't bear the fact that you are in a poised, beautiful, wonderful, privileged position." Well, we totally agree.
