Tamil top star Thala Ajith will be next seen in Viswasam which is being directed by Siva of Vivegam and Vedalam fame. Said to be a commercial potboiler, Viswasam will have Ajith in two different looks, one being a character with salt n pepper hair and the other, a younger looking one. This has led to speculations that Ajith would be seen playing dual roles in the film and fans of Thala are eagerly looking forward to the film. However, it has now emerged that the actor will not be playing dual roles and that the plot will, in fact, be set in two different timelines. So, it turns out that this was the real reason for the two looks and not some twin phenomenon. But this is not too bad either as it will definitely pique fans excitement even more as it will be interesting to see how the story unfolds with such a plot.
Viswasam is slated to be released during Pongal 2019 and will clash with Rajinikanth-starrer Petta. The film also stars Nayanthara as the leading lady and this will be her third film alongside Thala Ajith. The project s music is being composed by D. Imman and with the shooting being wrapped up recently, it is now under the post-production process. Viswasam is the fourth collaboration between Siva and Ajith after having previously worked on Vedalam, Veeram and Vivegam. And fans expect Viswasam to be a similar extravagant affair on screen as their previous movies.
