After enjoying a good second weekend, director Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath has managed to hold well in the weekdays at the box office. The steady run shows that the content of the film has been liked by the audience. The pilgrimage love story raked in Rs 1.98 crore and now stands with the grand total of Rs 57.44 crore. The film is expected to cross the cross the Rs 60 crore mark by the end of its second week at the ticket windows.

Since Shah Rukh Khan's Zero and Yash's KGF are arriving at the box office this Friday, we expect Kedarnath will lose more than 75 per cent of the screens at the ticket windows. Though the collections of the film has proved that Kedarnath has become a commercial success. "I am really happy with the audience response to the film. When an actor's work gets appreciated then it feels good because through that he gets an encouragement. The kind of minute detail we have shown in the film, they are getting connected to it and appreciating it. As an actor or as a filmmaker, all we want is that whatever we wanted to say should reach towards the audience without any obstacle."
