For a long time now, people have been wanting to see Ranveer Singh collaborate with Ranbir Kapoor for a project. It was just recently in a conversation with PinkVilla when Ranveer expressed his wish to do the sequel of Andaz Apna Apna with Ranbir Kapoor. The actor had said that it would be an enriching experience for him to work with the Kapoor lad. That was about their professional front, talking about their personal front, recently when Ranveer was asked to give a relationship to the actor on Jitesh Pillai's chat show, the actor did react to it.
Ranveer said, "RK is his own person, he has seen life, he does not need advice from anyone else." Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer is presently busy filming for 83 directed by Kabir Khan. The actor will be seen reel Kapil Dev in the film which is based on Indian cricket team's 1983 world cup. Besides 83, the actor has Gully Boy opposite Alia Bhatt ready for release and Karan Johar's Takht in the pipeline.
Ranbir, on the other hand, has Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra featuring Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Dimple Kapadia up for the Christmas release this year. Apart from that, the actor has Shamshera and a film with Ajay Devgn lined up.
