Ranveer Singh's new resolution now is matchmaking and patching up warring actresses. It seems he has picked up a new hobby. After making Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan awkward by introducing them in front of the media, he got Deepika and Katrina to hug at the Star Screen Awards. You must have always wondered why is there no picture of Katrina Kaif wishing Deepika Padukone and Ranveer when she attended their wedding reception. The Bharat actress did reveal to us that she had a gala time there, we still weren't too happy. But when it comes to Ranveer, such wishes get fulfilled easily these days. Both the ladies were pretty gracious and did what Ranveer wanted. We now wonder what happened once the couple went home. Just saying...!

Deepika had said in an interview after she got done with a plethora of wedding receptions that she has made peace with Katrina. Speaking to Filmfare, she had said, "A lot of water has flown under the bridge. For me, just the fact that she came and was very present was gracious (of her). I've always been fond of her. You know, just the way that she's been over the years, and with her work and I have a lot of respect for that. I made my peace with her." Well, we clearly have a budding friendship here and we are glad.
