'It’s not ready to come on social media,' says Alia Bhatt as she opens up about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have hit it out of the park as far as relationship goals go! If you didn't get that, we are talking about the manner in which they have emerged as the 'IT' couple of Bollywood in the smallest span possible. Cause hey, it's right when it's right! From RK turning into an 'amaze' photographer for his girlfriend to Alia baking a cake for her sunshine's birthday, the reel-real jodi has been handing out #CoupleGoals for all the weak hearts out there. In fact, they even ringed in the new year together with Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh and the entire fam and it was adorable to see them chill together.

It is almost as though Alia is doing everything she can to give this relationship the love, respect and efforts it needs to thrive. In fact, in an interview with Hindustan Times, she has said exactly that. And how she doesn't want it out in the open for everyone to judge. When asked if she is habituated to all the talks pertaining to private life, in the media, she said, "Yes, there was too much [focus] on the personal life, and honestly, I have never had my personal life getting spoken about so much. Earlier, these talks were very upar upar se but this year, it suddenly became all about that. Such talks don t bother me, but I don t like talking about it is because somehow, it then diverts all the attention, and that s what it all becomes about."

Not just that, she also opened up about how she values it dearly and how it's something extremely personal. "It s not as if a relationship is an achievement. It is just a part and a very important part of my life. It s seamless as well as beautiful and should be celebrated when it has to be. Right now, it should just be left on its own and kind of kept in a corner where it can stay safe and warm. You can say that it s like a cat in my life that I want to protect, and it s not ready to come on social media," said the actress who is a cat-lover. Now you know!
