Before we dive into the article, here s Bollywood Life wishing you a year full of movies, TV shows and drama! After all, we live for all this!
While we cannot predict the kind of drama that will take over the headlines this year, we sure can tell you about the films that will hit the theatres near you. 2019 has our eyes set on the weekend almost every month. From superhero movies to live-action remakes from our childhood, this year has a brilliant line up which is going to get us broke every month.
January is going to leave us picking our jaws from the floor as M. Night Shyamalan s Glass releases with the start of the year. The movie is a sequel to Split. February is going to leave us tripping on some LEGOs as the The Lego Movie 2 drops a week before Valentine s Day. And boy, we cannot wait to watch Sophie Turner go rogue in X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
March is going to be marvel lous as Marvel Studios roll out their first female superhero movie Captain Marvel. March is also special because Dumbo will attempt to steal your hearts away. How To Train Your Dragon 3 too is set to spread a huge smile on our faces.
April is going to be massive given that Shazam! and Avengers: Endgame are going to release (and some deaths are going to leave us depressed.) Hellboy is also set to join the blockbuster month. May will take us on a trip down the memory lane with Aladdin live-action movie and Detective Pikachu releasing that month. The month will also pack in some action with John Wick: Chapter 3.
June will watch us jump as Toy Story makes a return after eight years with Toy Story 4. And July is yet another month to keep an eye out for as Spider-Man: Far From Home and Lion King the live-action movie are set to release in that month.
September has horror written to it as IT 2 is set to creep out and haunt the life out of you. And then we take a huge dive into November when Gal Gadot returns as Wonder Woman in Wonder Woman 84. The year ends with Jumanji 2 and Star Wars: Episode IX releasing in December.
