After delivering monstrous hits in 2018 with Padmaavat and Simmba, seems Ranveer Singh is going to rule the new year as well. On the first day of 2019, the actor unveiled the poster of his next, Gully Boy, directed by Zoya Akhtar. As soon as the poster released, fans went berserk over it. To pump up everyone's excitement level, even more, two brand new posters of the film have surfaced today. We got our hands on to the same, thanks to Ranveer's fan club. The poster featuring Alia and Singh looks promising enough to make us impatient to watch the film. Speaking about the second, it has Ranveer looking dashing in the rapper avatar.

Bankrolled by Excel Entertainment, Gully Boy is based on the story of Naved Shaikh and Vivian Fernandes, two gully rapper from the Kurla slum. Apart from Ranveer and Alia, the Zoya Akhat directorial features Kalki Koechlin, Parmeeet Sethi, Ali Asgar and Pooja Gaur in important roles. Recently in an interview, when Naved was asked about Ranveer playing his role in the film, he had said, "I like the guy. We worked together for a song in Hey Bro. He is a versatile actor and I have no doubts that he can effortlessly play an emperor in Padmavati and a rapper in this film."
