Today s episode starts with Kirti, Devyani and Kaveri enjoying shopping in the market. By that time Suhasini makes a video call to Kirti. She asks Kirti to take out some time to meet her and make Naira understand that being a mother is always a big responsibility. Kirti asks her for the issue. Suhasini shares the incident happened with Luv-Kush as Naira taught them some wrong things which may not be good for her baby in future. She also says that she doubts whether Naira will be a good mother or not. Naksh listens all that as he arrives where Kirti is standing. Naira also gets hurt to hear that. Kirti assures Suhasini that Naira will be a very good mother. But Suhasini is not ready to understand that. Naksh gets angry. He also comes over the video call asking Suhasini about the issue. Suhasini says that she has already shared the issue with Kirti. Naksh says that he heard all that and there was no such big issue to question on Naira being a good mother. He asks Suhasini about underestimating Naira always. Naira talks to her baby saying that she will definitely be a good mother.
On the other side Kartik is looking at the book ordered by Naira. Kartik is tensed as he feels that he will ruin all the dreams that Naira has for her baby but he will have to explain Naira about the reason to visit the gynac on urgent basis. He comes to the room. He notices the woolen socks made by Naira kept on the bed. He gets even more tensed with that. He keeps on rolling the wool while he recollects what doctor told him about Naira s health and pregnancy. By mistake he rolls back the wool of the socks. Naira comes there. She shouts at him. She feels very sad as she made something for her baby for the first time but Kartik spoiled it. Kartik apologizes for that. Naira bursts out her frustration saying that she will not be a super cool mom but she will be a bad mother. Kartik again apologies to her. Naira says that she overreacts sometime. She says that she will make it again. But Kartik takes the wool from her hands. He says that he apologized for the thing that he is going to tell her. Naira gets tensed. She asks Kartik about it. Kartik asks her not to make the socks again. Naira wonders why he is saying like that as they don t need all those things. Kartik tells her finally that they are not going to be mother and father. Naira is shocked to hear that. He says that he has decided that they will not give birth to the baby. Naira goes blank. She asks Kartik not to discuss all that as she doesn t want to listen to it. While she is about to leave from there, Kartik holds her. He says that he cannot let her go so he asks her to let the baby go away from them. Both of them get very emotional. He apologizes to her but informs that doctor Vishal has advised him for that. Kartik says that he wants the baby but not by keeping her life at risk. Kartik says that if he gets baby by losing her, he will also die. Naira keeps on making him understand that she is fine and once the baby will be with them, she will be much better. But Kartik says that her life is more important than her happiness currently. He also says sorry for being selfish to save her for him. Naira hugs Kartik. She cries a lot. Naira says that they shall consult a gynac and she is confident that the gynac will say that she is absolutely fine. She keeps Kartik s hand on her belly to feel the baby. She talks to the baby saying that she will fight for the baby. She will consult the gynac and do as she says.
On the other side, Naksh is upset with what Suhasini said about Naira. Kirti comes there. Kirti gives him a fake example by telling him that the neighbor humiliated her for her profession as she didn t like the dress designed by Kirti. Naksh asks her to ignore such things as the lady didn t look in how Kirti is. So Kirti also makes him understand that even though Suhasini Dadi is their family but she doesn t know what type of mother Naira will be. She asks him to ignore such small things else his life will be difficult. So Naksh also agrees to her. He asks Kirti about what they did on ladies day out. Kirti leaves from there saying that it is their secret.
In the next scene, Kartik and Naira come in the living room where Manish and Akhilesh are discussing to launch their new project after the birth of Kartik Naira s baby. While they are going out, they notice everybody is preparing for their baby and baby s security. Kartik asks Naira whether they should inform about the abortion decision to all. But Naira asks him not to lose hope till the gynac confirms it.
On the other hand, Naksh is continuosly asking Kirti, Devyani and Kaveri about what they did in their ladies day out. But Kaveri asks him about the reason for being curious about it. So Naksh also says that he also has some good news but he will not reveal that to them until they tell him about their ladies day out. But Devyani and Kaveri ask him not to reveal in that case. Naksh is shocked as he felt that they will also be curious to know the news he has. But Kaveri says that he is more excited than them to know about their ladies day out. So Naksh says that he will tell them the news as he is not like them. He reveals that a big designer company wants to work with Kirti. Kirti is very much happy with that.But she is in dilemma as she is pregnant. But Kaveri and Devyani boost her moral by asking her to work like other ladies do as pregnancy is not at all a disease. They ask her to hire people for the work. Kirti also positively says that she will do the same as she will also be busy with the work during her pregnancy.
Next day morning, Kartik and Naira are about to go to the gynac. Suhasini is worshiping the god so she questions them about going out so early in the morning. Kartik says that they have some work. She asks them whether everything is fine. Kartik says that everything is fine and they will be back soon. Naira asks Suhasini to bless her which will make her life. Suhasin blesses her with happiness and health. Naira feels that everything will be fine as she is blessed by Suhasini. On the contrary Kartik feels that Naira should not take the blessing so seriously as the gynac will have the same opinion as it was of doctor Sharma.
Both of them meet the gynac. While the gynac checks her reports, Naira looks at the photo of the baby in the cabin. She asks the doctor about her pregnancy. The doctor tells them that the pregnancy is complicated as there are 50% chances of delivery being normal and 50% chances are going against Naira s health. He asks them about their decision. Naira gets up on that thanking him. She leaves from there. Kartik gets tensed. Doctor asks Kartik to take the decision in one or two days time as they are running out of time. Naira feels that 50% chances are enough if they be careful and keep consulting the doctor from time to time, everything will be fine. But Kartik is tensed for Naira s health. Naira drinks water kept there. Kartik sees a case where a nurse is scolding a person who didn t listen to the doctor for not keeping the baby as he lost his wife. When the person opens the cover, Kartik imagines Naira there. He gets very scared. On the other hand, two ladies are discussing about the doctor who saved the baby and the mother even the case was complicated. Kartik feels that he cannot take any risk with Naira s life. But Naira feels that they should take chance. Kartik immediately gets the abortion form. Naira adores a picture of a mother and a baby. Kartik comes there but he cannot get to be with her as a ward boy closes the door between them and asks Kartik to go out from other side.
