The audience has high expectations from Rohit Shetty's cop drama, Simmba, which is set to release on December 28, 2018. The director, along with his lead actors, Sara Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh is going out and about to promote his film. Recently, during a media interaction, Shetty made some interesting revelations about Simmba and his upcoming projects. The director confirmed that Golmaal 5 is on the cards. And also spilled beans about the sequel of Simmba. Rohit mentioned that Simmba franchise will continue with Ranveer if the audience likes him in this one.
Apart from that, when asked if there are any more cameos in Simmba, Rohit said, "No ya. Ajay Devgn and Team Golmaal are already there in the film. How many more should I add?." While the director has clarified that there are no special appearances in the film, reports suggest that Akshay Kumar will be seen in the cop drama. Anyway, it seems like the truth will be out when Simmba will actually hit the theatres.
Meanwhile, it is also being reported that the director is making a film with Akshay Kumar. When asked about the same at the interview, he said, "We are still in talks. Nothing is confirmed yet."
