Last night, we watched the special screening of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Zero and have already given out the verdict, on the basis of which, you guys can decide whether to watch Zero or not. As we sat to watch the most anticipated film of 2018, we couldn't ignore many aspects which the makers have shed light on in the film. And one of them is the striking similarity between the story of Babita Kumari s life and Katrina Kaif s real-life breakup with Ranbir Kapoor. Believe it or not, once you watch Zero, you will definitely second our thoughts, which we are putting forth now.
Talking about Katrina's character, Babita Kumari is an actress who slips into depression and turns to alcohol after her breakup with an actor, which is played by Abhay Deol. Abhay's character moves on in his life with another girl. But, Babita still has feelings for him. Despite trying to hide the same, whenever the actress sees her ex-boyfriend at different events, she wonders as to why she feels for him despite being cheated on. Well, this scenario in SRK's Zero, was quite similar to Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone's relationship in real life.
If you remember, RK had dumped DP and moved on with Katrina in his life, while the latter was still very much in love with him. Don't know if this is the truth or a mere coincidence, but when you watch this part in Aanand L Rai's directorial, you might have a similar thought like us.
