We re hearing some roars around us as director Rohit Shetty releases Simmba trailer. The December release s trailer has blockbuster written all over it. The Ranveer Singh Sara Ali Khan - Sonu Sood starrer has all the elements of a typical Rohit Shetty masala movie. Right from the colourful songs to catchy music and the mind-blowing action sequence, Simmba is packed with it all. However, there are a few moments that stood out for us the most.
Introduction to Simmba:
First off, we loved the grand shot featuring Ranveer entering on the police van with hundreds of performers dancing by his side. The colourful representation of the Marathi culture and the magnificent set up has won us over.
That tattoo though!
We also loved the bad cop Ranveer flaunting his police tattoo in the movie. The actor has proved that only he could be the new police cop we ll be crushing on for a while. The actor also reminded us so much of Ajay Devgn from Singham.
Singham meets Simmba
Speaking of Ajay, the actor s surprise entry in the last scene replicating the scene from Singham was the cheery on top of the already amazing looking trailer.
Bad cop turns good
Another shot that took which blew our mind was when Ranveer goes from bad to good cop. There is a scene in the trailer wherein he is seated on a table in the police station with revenge on his mind. That built, that shot, uff! Ranveer has got us counting days to Simmba s release.
Sonu Sood, uff!
Last but definitely not the least, Sonu Sood. If there is an actor who could give Simmba a competition, it could only be Sonu. He brought back memories of Dabangg and we re not complaining.
