Kollywood's lady superstar Nayanthara is on a roll. The 34-year actress, who enjoyed a phenomenal 2018, with the successful ventures like Imaikkaa Nodigal and Kolamavu Kokila, will kickstart 2019 with the release of her upcoming thriller venture Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. After impressing us with the first look and teaser, the makers released the second poster and we must say that, we are more than excited to watch this venture on the silver screen. In the second look, we see the Iru Mugan actress portrays various shades of emotions effortlessly and convincingly.

The film is loosely based on English indie hit "Hush" - a story of a deaf and mute author who is struggling to complete the climax of her latest novel when she falls prey to a psycho killer. Nayanthara, too, plays a deaf and mute character. However, it is not known whether she is playing an author or not. The first look poster of the film was released in December last year when the project was officially announced. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in to compose the music. He will co-produce the film with Vashu Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. The entire film has been shot in UK. It is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani s Pooja Entertainment & films. According to reports, they decided to produce this film as they found the script brilliant.
