Yash and Srinidhi Shetty starrer KGF continues to rule the box office in its third week at the box office. Despite facing stiff competition from holdover releases like Shah Rukh Khan's Zero and Ranveer Singh's Simmba, the Hindi version of the film has remained rock-steady at the ticket windows. The film is inching towards the 40 crore mark in the domestic circuit. The Telugu version of KGF has grossed Rs 20 crore and is one of the highest dubbed Telugu grossers of the year.

With its rocking performance in the international circuits, including the crucial markets of USA, UK and UAE-GCC markets, the period crime thriller has now entered the Rs 200 crore club at the global and has become the first Kannada film to achieve this feat. With such a rocking performance, we expect the second chapter of the film to become a bigger success at the ticket windows.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur. Apart from the lead cast, the film also stars Ramachandra Raju, Vasishta N. Simha, Ayyappa P. Sharma and Harish Roy in pivotal roles. Talking about the reviews, our critic Urmimala Banerjee gave the film three stars and wrote, "Bollywood has made heroes out of many gangsters and this role should be a landmark one for Kannada superstar Yash. Engrossing content, super production values and an interesting premise for chapter two makes this a tantalising gangster flick." Anyway, have you liked the film? Tweet to us...
