Today s episode starts with Akbar and Jodha spending some time together on a boat. They feel that both of them like being closer to the nature. Akbar pulls her leg so she gets upset a bit. But both of them feel they have asked each other for riding on a boat. On the other side Ruquiya Begum bursts her anger on her servant as Jodha went with Emperor instead of her. By that time Maham comes there asking Ruquiya Begum for not going with Emperpr Akbar. Ruquiya informs that Jodha has gone with the King. Maham asks her to control her anger. She fuels Ruquiya Begum against Jodha making Ruquiya Begum unsecure. She asks Begum not to spare Jodha for the same. Jodha and Akbar are wondering as they haven t called each other but Akbar feels that it is not easy to understand Jodha.
Sharifuddin scolds his servant for not informing him that Emperor Akbar went for riding a boat alone as he wants to attack on him. So he kills that servant. While riding on the boat, Akbar hears some sound. He finds someone hiding in the water. It is his servants who are protecting him on the background of past attacks on him as they are instructed by Ataga. Akbar asks them to go back as he is safe. Jodha feels good seeing that Ataga protects him. She also appreciates his sense of humor to see hidden things. But Akbar loves his instruments used for war as they protect him the best. Akbar learn that someone else sent him message on her behalf as there are many people who want both of them to be together. Jodha blushes. They enjoy eating fruits.
In the next scene, Ruquiya Begum is very much upset as Emperor Akbar went with Jodha for riding on a boat but the message was sent by her. She is not able to sleep as she is very angry with Jodha. She enquires whether Akbar and Jodha are back from the ride. On the other side, Jodha starts singing song in order to worship Lord Krishna but by that time Ruquiya Begum comes there. She bursts her anger on Jodha. Jodha also questions her for putting allegations on her. Ruquiya Begum blames her for coming in between her and Emperor Akbar. Jodha informs her that the King sent her message for the same. Ruquiya takes her to the Emperor Akbar for clarifying the issue. Maham is happy to see Ruquiya and Jodha fighting with each other. Ruquiya asks Akbar about the ride he did with Jodha. Akbar calls Shabddun Hussain asking him to repeat the message he gave to Akbar. Ruquiya is hurt as he learns that Akbar has given special place for Jodha and another queen along with her. When Ruquiya gets angry on Shabuddin Hussain, Akbar asks him to leave from there. Ruquiya keeps on saying that she is Begum-a-khaas . Akbar questions her for not coming to him asking for the ride with him. She is disheartened as she feels that Akbar assumes Jodha as special. She leaves from there in anger. Jodha also apologizes for the same. But Akbar asks her to stay there and spend time with him. He also agrees to the disappointment Ruquiya had because of the issue. Jodha expresses her view that if she would have been in the place of Ruquiya, she would have felt that it is the insult of her love. Emperor Akbar gets impressed with her answer. Jodha blushes and leaves from there. Ruquiya Begum asks her servant to make sure that there is darkness in the room as she wants to sleep. She cries a lot as she is hurt.She asks the servant about who is Begum-A-khas for her as she is hurt as Emperor Akbar has started favouring Jodha. She blames Jodha for trapping the Emperor. Her servant asks her to take rest and not to give importance to Jodha. But she is angry with the Emperor. By that time she hears some sound of someone shouting. She asks the servant to see to it that there is no chaos as she wants to take rest.
There are two girls fighting with each other. So they don t listen to the servant. Ruquiya Begum gets angry. She goes to see the issue. The girls fighting try to defend each other in front of the Begum which is similar to the way Ruquiya fighting with Jodha for Emperor Akbar. Jodha also comes there. But Ruquiya defends Ruksana and blames Aziza for coming in between Mazhar and Ruksana. Aziza begs Jodha for the justice. When Aziza doesn t agree with the decision given by Ruquiya Begum, Ruquiya gives her a tight slap. Maham comes there by that time. Jodha defends Aziza saying that she cannot take decision for Mazhar Khan. But Ruquiya humiliates Jodha. Jodha still feels that Mazhar cannot marry Ruksana which is against the new rules in Haram. But Ruquiya feels that friendship is better than the love. She keeps defending Ruksana. Jodha declares that the decision for Mazhar will be taken by Emperor Akbar. Maham also supports Jodha. This makes Ruquiya angry a lot. She leaves from there. Ladies in the Haram feel that Jodha Begum is right but Ruquiya is making wrong use of the rights given to her.
But Akbar refuses to sort out the issue saying that Haram comes under the jurisdiction of Ruquiya Begum. Later Jodha Begum comes to meet him. She requests look into the matter of Mazhar. Emperor Akbar clarifies that he doesn t interfere into the issues of Haram. But she explains him that the issue which is very small for him can be important for the life of any of his servant or the person living in the area of his jurisdiction. She further tells him that he need to look after such small issues but it needs to be given attention as it is about their feelings, emotions asking him to fulfill his duties. Later she leaves from there. The king is in Dilemma.
Rajkumar Sujamal discuss about his plans to defeat the Mughals specially King Akbar in future. His servants blame his uncle for getting defeated by Mughals as he made his daughter Jodha marry to the Emperor Akbar. He gets angry but he warns them not to say anything against his sister Jodha. He asks the servants to send the dead bodies of the warriors who fought for their King Akbar but got killed by them to Agra. He decides to leave for Agra as soon as possible as he want to fulfill his duty as a brother as well.
Maham comes to Ruquiya Begum s room. She wonders about the darkness in the room as she feels that she should be alert now. She asks Ruquiya Begum to wake up informing her that the people of Haram might be choosing Jodha as their head. She tells Ruquiya Begum that all her servants and rests of the queens of the Emperor are discussing that Jodha should be elected to handle Haram s jurisdiction. But Ruquiya Begum is overconfident about herself as she feels that Jodha cannot handle it. She also informs that all are going to Akbar for complaining against her. By that time her servant informs her that the King has asked all the ladies to gather for the decision.
