The second season of Ekta Kapoor's infamous show Gandii Baat is all ready to release. The first season was widely known for its bold content and was under the scanner for several reasons. However, there is no denying that the series, directed by Sachin Mohite, was one of the most popular series in the digital space with humungous ratings. BollywoodLife has exclusively learnt that Kapoor has roped in Bollywood's famous singer duo, Meet Bros, for a special number. The Baby Doll composer will compose the special number that is going to be a promotional number for the series.
The song will feature season 1's Neeta Shetty, Flora Saini and will also have a special appearance by Scarlett Wilson, who is best known for her item numbers in movies like Bahubali. "The team has already shot for the song and it has come out really well," a source close to the development informs.
Gandii Baat will apparently push the envelope in terms of boldness. We have also learnt that one of the episodes will also focus on homosexuality. "One of the episodes will revolve around a female character and her tryst with homosexuality." Our source also informs that newbie Nazneen Patni, who is currently working in a movie which is Remo D'souza's acting debut, will also be a part of the series.
Apparently, Stree actress Flora Saini will play the character of Sajini, a maid who is having an affair with two brothers played by Abhishek Gupta and Fahmaan Khan. The second season will stream in January.
