It looks like our wishes have come true! The low temperatures finally indicate that winter has set in and I couldn’t be more excited. However, with the chilly weather comes dry and flaky skin. If your face is feeling parched this season, here are a few hydrating masks that you can stock up on.
1. Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Mask
This gentle mask is suitable for every type of complexion. Not only does it penetrate deep to hydrate your skin, but also strengthens the moisture barrier to keep it better protected.
2. Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask
If you’ve got combination or acne-prone skin, this oil-free mask is the way forward. The creamy texture feels delightful when applied and works overnight to deliver a plumper complexion. Since it goes on clear, I even wear it during the day when I need a heavier hit of moisture and a hint of dewiness.
3. Bobbi Brown Skin Nourish Mask
Packed with emollients and natural oils, this product means business. From nourishing skin and preventing moisture loss, to boosting collagen and dealing with wrinkles, it truly does it all.
4. Laneige Water Sleeping Mask
Looking for something to refresh your dull and tired skin? This gel mask is the one for you. Apart from delivering an intense burst of moisture to your face, it also brightens up and soothes skin. Plus, it contains a ton of antioxidants and minerals that are great for your face.
5. Fresh Rose Face Mask
This floral formula is as decadent as it gets. Infused with pure rosewater, aloe vera, cucumber extract and green tea, it sinks instantly into skin and leaves behind the smoothest and most supple complexion.
6. GlamGlow ThirstyMud
This mask is my go-to when I need a quick fix. Since it is comprised of some incredible ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, coconut and honey, it acts quickly to impart a soft, dewy complexion.
7. Caudalie Moisturizing Mask
If your skin is seriously red and irritated with all the dryness, it’s time to get your hands on this face mask. Enriched with grape-seed oil, it provides instant relief from tight and dehydrated skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes before wiping off the excess or keep it on overnight – the results will be worth it either way.
Have you tried any of these masks out before? I would love to hear your reviews.
