Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been bonding like a house on fire lately. It all started with the two dancing the night away at DP's wedding reception to continuing the same at Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's pre-wedding festivities in Udaipur. The inside pictures and videos of the two actresses gelling up took the internet by storm. And their 'out-of-the-blue' friendship became the talk of the town. Now, it seems like their friendship is going to last forever. Just yesterday when Aishwarya shared a picture from her Christmas celebrations, Deepika immediately left a comment, which read, 'my faves.' Isn't that sweet AF?
Also, from what we hear, Deepika, who has never spoken about her admiration for Aishwarya in public, is a true-blue fan of the actress. And now that they have become thick friends, the two are constantly in touch with each other over messages and calls. This is pretty amazing, isn't it? With this new-found friendship between Deepika and Aishwarya, the saying, 'actresses cannot be best friends' is just being proved wrong yet again.
On the professional front, Deepika will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak which is based on the life of an acid attack survivor. The actress will be seen opposite Vikrant Massey in the film. Aishwarya, on the other hand, is collaborating with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan after eight years for Anurag Kashyap's film, Gulab Jamun.
