Harshvardhan turns 35 today, and on this special day, Kim did something that makes us think they are ready to take it to the next level and come out in open about their relationship. A picture of the two together in a romantic pose and a mushy caption to go with it - Kim chose this Instagram post to shower love on the birthday boy. "Happy Birthday baby? . Shine on ?," she wrote.
