Dangal is a bigger hit in China than in India and that has opened floodgates to the Middle Kingdom for all kinds of Indian films. The recent Indian entry in the Chinese market was Pad Man which released last Friday. But Akshay Kumar's film has been getting an underwhelming response from the audience there. Day 1 started slowly while the second day registered a slight growth. But the third day didn't see much change in trending. All in all, this movie isn't quite impressing the Chinese audience. Padman is a real-life story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who frustrated by his wife's problem during her periods, decides to come up with a sanitary pad that is affordable for the poor women. It remains to be seen how the film fares in the coming days.
