People in the US were equally interested in Priyanka's wedding to Nick Jonas and Deepika's to Ranveer Singh. How do we know that? Well, Google's most searched wedding list has both their names on it. It shouldn't come as a surprise to many. Priyanka had managed to carve a niche for herself in the US thanks to her singles and of course, Quantico. West loves our Desi girl and thus, they have extensively covered the wedding. As for Deepika, the actress managed to make a mark when she debuted with the last installment of xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage. She acted opposite Vin Diesel, who is one of the most popular actors from Hollywood. Clearly, she managed to garner a lot of searches thanks to that. She is also said to be part of xXx's next film. When the news of Priyanka and Nick's engagement broke, foreign media went berserk. HollywoodLife exclaimed, "Omg are Nick and Priyanka engaged?!" and E-News was plain jealous! The latter had reported it saying, "Priyanka Chopra said YES! This is not a drill: Nick Jonas is getting married after a two-month whirlwind romance and we'll forever be jealous." Clearly, people there were equally clued in to what was happened to PC and Deepika's lives in India.
