Telugu actor Varun Tej is gearing up for the release of his upcoming space film Antariksham 9000 KMPH which is slated to be released on December 21. The film is directed by Sankalp Reddy of The Ghazi Attack fame and stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Lavanya Tripathi as leading ladies. And as it gears up for release, news has it that Varun Tej has already signed his next after Antariksham. Reports reveal that the actor will team up with Gabbar Singh and Duvvada Jagannadham director Harish Shankar for his next film. The Telugu film circle is abuzz with news that the actor will be seen in an action-thriller next which will be in the typical style of Harish Shankar. It is also being reported that the film will star Geetha Govindam actress Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady. An official announcement regarding this film is expected to be made in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Varun Tej also has the Anil Ravipudi-directorial F2: Fun & Frustration which also stars Venkatesh Daggubati in the other lead role. This multi-starrer also features Tamannah Bhatia and Mehreen Pirzada as the leading ladies. Besides these four stars, F2: Fun & Frustration also stars Prakash Raj in a key role. The film is said to be a fun ride and will have a trademark Anil Ravipudi humorous tinge to it.
