Hardik Pandya's behavior on Koffee with Karan 6 has appalled many. While cricket is known for a gentleman's game, Pandya's comments on women have been pretty sexist and misogynistic. Twitter was quick to show Pandya his mistakes after the show went on air. The two cricketers KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya have been given two-match ban punishment till further enquiry. Pandya had boasted about hooking up with many women and how he spoke to his parents about losing his virginity. Post the Twitter uproar, he apologized if he unhurt some people unintentionally saying that he got carried away by the nature of the show. This social media apology was not enough to appease the BCCI who were furious at the conduct of these two on a huge platform like Koffee With Karan 6. The episode has also been pulled off now.

On the show, Pandya did open up about how he was a poor student and cricket was all that he knew since childhood. He has been trolled mercilessly after the episode and it looks like his fellow Gujarati Shrenu Parikh is upset as well.
