Director Sriram Raghavan gave audiences one of the best films this year with his edge-of-the-seat trailer with AndhaDhun starring Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie went on to earn big at the box office and the Tamil remake of the film was announced as well. Months after it was announced, now actor Siddharth has put forward his wish to star in the remake. Yesterday, while interacting with his fans on Twitter, when the actor asked if he should star in AndhaDhun Tamil remake, his fans responded in affirmation. And so did Ayushmann Khurrana.
Responding to Siddharth's tweet, Ayushmann said, "Go for it machaan! ??."

AndhaDhun, bankrolled by Viacom 18 Pictures, was a story about a blind pianist. Director Sriram apparently got the idea of developing this story into a film from a French short film, The Piano Tuner by Oliver Trinier. AndhaDDhun, which was made on budget of Rs 32 crore, crossed the 100 crore mark worldwide. The film left behind big-budget films like Raazi, Sanju and PadMan in an annual survey conducted by IMDB. AndhaDhun also recently won big at the Star Screen Awards 2018. Phew!
It wouldn't come as a surprise if the Tamil remake featuring Siddharth (we wish) does well at BO!
