Remember when we brought scoop from the Simmba success party that was headlined by, no points for guessing, Ranveer Singh and his unmatched charm? If you need a little reminder, Simmba continues to be better than anybody expected. Of course, the Rohit Shetty directorial was always pinned high on hopes but the way it has left the box office registers to chime is mind-ich-blowing! And producer Karan Johar hosted a party to celebrate its monstrous success, only it turned out even more fun, courtesy the entire cast including Sara Ali Khan. Not just that, Deepika Padukone also came in with Ranveer to join in the celebration and it was a hella night!
But out of all the shenanigans that we got to see the morning after, there was one picture that caught the internet's attention and went viral in no time. Yep, we are talking about the picture of Deepika Padukone blessing Ranveer, Rohit and Karan, in a line.
Of course, we all chuckled but could never know the exact story behind it. Up until now. Cause Ranveer has opened up about it and it's kinda what we hoped for. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor said it was because everyone kept saying that DP has come in his life and home as the Goddess 'Laxmi' and that they should all take her blessings. Which they did! Now we know, why Karan Johar wrote, "Good luck blessings" when he posted the picture. Cute, no?
