2019 is going to super special for the ardent fans of Salman Khan as the actor is soon going to commence the shooting of Dabangg 3. Yes, you read it right! Salman's brother and producer, Arbaaz Khan, has confirmed that the month when the third installment of Dabangg will go on floors. "Yes, Dabangg 3 will go on the floors in April, however, we are still contemplating the locations. At this point, all that I can say that the film features Salman Khan in lead and will be directed by Prabhudeva," Arbaaz was quoted as saying to Mumbai Mirror. It was in September last year when Salman and Sonakshi had made an official announcement about Dabangg 3 which is to helmed by Prabhudheva.
After the announcement of the film, there was a strong buzz that Dabangg 3 will be inspired by the real-life story of a cop based in Noida, but when Arbaaz was quizzed about the same by the tabloid, he said, "I have been reading a lot about Dabangg 3 on the social media, some say it is a remake, some say it is inspired by real-life incident, some say it is set in Noida. At present, I would like to maintain some secrecy around it." Nevertheless, we are happy to hear that the film is finally going on-floors.
As of now, Salman Khan is busy filming for Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat that has an ensemble star cast which includes Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover among others. The film is scheduled for Eid 2019 release.
