2018 might have been a setback for Sonali Bendre‘s physical health but each time we spot her, all we feel are good vibes of happiness and love. The actress has been flying in and out of her hometown in India for her treatment and came back a few weeks ago to ring in the new year and celebrate her birthday with close friends and family.

Sonali hosted a party at her place and was seen wearing an outfit that instantly brightened up 2019 for us. She wore a plain white, loose blouse and a silver sequin-doused skirt from Zara with it. Her white mules matched her entire look pretty perfectly too. When it comes to celebrating on the double (NYE + birthday), sparkles are always a yes-yes, don’t you think?

Shilpa Shetty Rings In The New Year With An Eye-Catching Shimmery Outfit

A standout trend that worked for many this NYE, was shimmer. Sparkling OOTDs have always been a frontrunner when it comes to the party season, so we knew it would be a go-to for most celebs. But our favourite fashionistas went all-out this time around with some banging ensembles. Shilpa Shetty Kundra definitely got the memo right, to celebrate the last day of 2018!

Getting her glam on, celebrity stylist Sanjana Batra selected this gorgeous gown designed by Yousef Aljasmi. The shimmery sea blue gown had an equally stunning silhouette. The long sleeves with cowls on top, the v-neckline and the wrap-style ruching at the waist with the tulip-hem made for some stellar details of the gown. With such a dazzling outfit, Sanjana kept the styling simple with stud diamond earrings and silver pointed-toe heels.

London-based celebrity makeup and hairstylist Sana Faraz amped up the glamour quotient with smokey eyes, glossy lips and dewy face. Even the soft wavy hair went perfectly well with the all-dolled-up look.

Late actress Pratyusha Banerjee's ex-boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh booked for cheating once again - read details

Late TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee's ex-boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh has been one controversial name. As the new year has kickstarted, Singh got embroiled in another controversy. He has been booked for cheating his guests at a New Year party. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Rahul hosted a New Year party at a hotel in Juhu. Reportedly, he cheated people with lakhs of rupees as he promised them a performance by singer Ankit Tiwari. When the singer didn't turn up for the night, the guests lost their calm and started vandalising the place. They started breaking the hotel's property and soon the hotel staff ceased food and drinks service.

Furthermore, the report suggests that the Santacruz Police station received a complaint from the hotel about a loss of Rs 6 lakh, due to the alleged ransacking of their property. The police were also informed that Singh cheated the guests and all of this happened because of his fraudulent ways. An FIR was filed against Singh. When the daily contacted Singh, he dismissed the claims and started alleging the hotel instead. He was quoted saying, "I am going to file a case against the hotel for duping me. I had paid Rs 18 lakh for food and alcohol for at least 900 guests. However, the hotel stopped serving food after midnight...and the guests got enraged.

Another report also suggests that Singh walked out of the place without settling the bill that amounted to Rs 7 lakh. Rahul reportedly charged Rs 5000 to Rs 10000 from the guests as entry fees.

Recently, Rahul was also in news for his marriage. He got hitched to his girlfriend Saloni Sharma in a court wedding. The ceremony took place on November 15.
