Simmba is off to a brilliant start. In fact, it is poised to earn even more than what Trade has been predicting. When we spoke to our Trade Analyst, Amul Vikas Mohan, Editor Super Cinema, about his estimates for Simmba's first day, he was confident it would earn over Rs 18 crore. But if early estimates are anything to go by, the Ranveer Singh's cop drama has taken a much better headstart than that. Trade expert Ramesh Bala has tweeted that the film has earned around Rs 22 crore which is simply fab! In fact, that way he has even beaten his own film Padmaavat which released at the start of this year and had earned Rs 19 crore on his first day. Check out his update here...

Simmba is a Rohit Shetty film and has Ranveer as a cop. The latter is playing the character for the first time and looked fab in it. Shetty's films are an explosive mix of comedy, romance, action and amazing dialogues. Plus it has cameos by Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar. Imagine the fun! On one ticket, you will get to watch three big actors... it can't get better than that.
