The trailer of Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi is finally out. The film promises to be the first epic one of 2019 much like Padmaavat was of the previous one. Kangana Ranaut has aced it so far depicting courage and vulnerability in equal measure. The verdict on Twitter is quite unanimous that no one else could have done justice to the role of Rani Laxmibai like Kangana. She looks steely and has the fire in her eyes. The trailer takes us through her youth, marriage, loss of her baby and finally her emergence as the courageous queen. Keeping aside the poor VFX in the animal scenes I loved the trailer Especially few shots were BEAUTIFUL. Some scenes could've had better dialogue delivery but for a female centric film the stunts in the war scenes were good.

#ManikarnikaTrailer is okayish. Kangana s looks fierce but her dialogue delivery is a bit inconsistent. And also trailer has too many influences of past films. Danny Dengzongpa looks phenomenal though.
