The Badshah of the silver screen, Shah Rukh Khan, is turning Santa this year and will bestow us with a Christmas treat with Zero. The film has garnered a good buzz and we are expecting it to open with humongous numbers on its first day at the ticket windows. But in the past, we have seen that SRK-starrers usually open with good numbers and show substantial growth over the weekend but witness a major decline in the weekdays, which results into a dismal performance at the box office. Talking about SRK's last five releases, the big first-day numbers have not been converted into a hit or super-hit collections.

Jab Harry Met Sejal - Rs 15.25 crore
Raees - Rs 20.42 crore
Fan - Rs 19.20 crore
Dilwale - Rs 21.80 crore
Happy New Year - Rs 44.97 crore

Honestly, we are hoping the similar case doesn't repeat with Zero, as in the current scenario, it is the most crucial film for SRK. Since the Hindi dubbed version of Yash's Kannada film KGF is clashing with Zero, we hope it doesn't hamper the business of the Aanand L Rai's directorial venture.
