Nandamuri Kalyanram has joined hands with cinematographer KV Guhan for his next film titled 118 which is touted to be a thriller. 118 will mark the debut of KV Guhan as director in Telugu after having worked on numerous Telugu films as cinematographer. The teaser of 118 is out now and it is nothing short of intriguing. Suspense is the mainstay of this teaser and will leave us with numerous questions. Nandamuri Kalyanram opts for a new look in 118 and the actor has cracked the look like never before. His attempt at continuing to do out-of-the-box subjects with commercial viability continues with 118 and sure seems to be in the right direction. Shalini Pandey steals the show for as long as she is on the screen. Nivetha Thomas will be seen playing the other lead role, however, the actress is not seen in the teaser. Kalyanram was last seen in Naa.. Nuvve which was directed by Jayendra and also starred Tamannaah Bhatia. Touted to be a romantic story, Naa.. Nuvve couldn t impress the audience and found it hard to survive at the box office. With 118, Kalyanram will look to make a strong comeback and set his career back on track. Shalini Pandey grabs her second biggie after Mahanati and is seen playing he love interest of Kalyanram in 118. Nivetha Thomas is back on the silver screen after a while and seems to have begun where she left off. 118 is being produced by Mahesh S Koneru under the banner East Coast Productions.
