Bigg Boss 12 started with Salman Khan talking about the grand finale. Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan show news clippings to the housemates about what eliminated ones have spoken about them and they have to guess if it is true or false. Deepak Thakur gets shocked when he knows that Urvashi Vani has indeed been talking badly about him after exiting the house. Later, Surbhi Rana, Dipika Kakar and Somi are given the task of wooing Deepak. He says Sara Ali Khan is the best girl in the house. Then, there is a dance face-off, which ends in a tie. Team Simmba leaves the house. Everyone is called to the Sultani Akhada and given a task. Surbhi Rana is appointed as the judge. Dipika Kakar, Romil Chaudhary and Sreesanth are initial winners. Sreesanth, Romil and Deepak are the final winners of the Sultani Akhada.
The most entertaining part is when team Simmba creates a matrimonial profile for the superstar. He says he wants a girl around 28-30 who does not tell him to choose between his mother and her. Ranveer gets a call from Deepika and tells her that he has her pink lehenga. Somi Khan is evicted from the house. She leaves in tears. Deepak Thakur also cries a lot.
