I think Lindsay Lohan is trying to fill the void left by Britney Spears.
After Lindsay went through her 2007 DUI and hit-and-run case, she served a whole 84 minutes in jail and was put on a three-year probation.
And now an arrest warrant has been issued for her by a Beverly Hills judge.
Now get this.....
Lindsay's lawyer says that Lindsay will NOT appear in court today, that it's all just a misunderstanding.
Okay, if I ever get an arrest warrant issued for me I'll try that.
Just call up the judge and say " Hey buddy,this is all a big misunderstanding. Sorry, can't make it to court Monday!"
Of course her dad is blaming all this on Samantha Ronson.
But you know what?
Lindsay is a grown woman and she can make decisions all by herself.
Well, with her lawyers help of course.
BTW, that arrest warrant has a $50,000 bail attached to it.
