Vinaya Vidheya Rama Trailer: Ram Charan packs a punch in this high-octane action film

After wowing the public and critics with his performance as Chitty Babu in Rangasthalam, Ram Charan is back to the action genre with Vinaya Vidheya Rama. The film seems to be the traditional tale of good versus evil. However, what sets it apart is the terrific action sequences. Ram Charan seems to have a lot of whistle-worthy dialogues in this one. Vivek Oberoi does not have too many lines but makes an impact as the larger-than-life villain. This is his debut in Telugu as a bad man after the Tamil flick, Vivegam.

The highlight is surely the stunning landscape of Azerbaijan. Ram Charan kicks, punches and is defiant throughout even when he is held in captivity. The rocky landscape complements the narrative. We can see that scene where he enters in a horse, which was specially brought from Amsterdam for the superstar. The cinematography is first rate and the background score is rousing. We just see a fleeting glimpse of Kiara Advani in the trailer.

The film is directed by Boyapati Sreenu with music by Devi Sri Prasad. Ram Charan's name in the film is Ram Konidela. Well, Konidela is his family name in real life as well. The actor's character seems to be a rather hot-headed one. The scene where he drags the villain's cronies looks straight out of a 90's masala flick. The movie will hit the marquee on January 11 clashing with Nandamuri Balakrishna - Vidya Balan's NTR Kathanayakudu. Stay tuned to BL for more scoops and updates!
