Who wouldn't want to work with Shah Rukh Khan? He is not only a superstar with an insane amount of fans behind him but also a superb actor. With him in a movie, performance and promotions are guaranteed. These days, he is trying out different things by working with a new generation of directors or the filmmakers who are known for their relatable urban stories. He worked with Aanand L Rai in Zero recently, whose small-town stories are a rage among audiences. Now, as per Mumbai Mirror, SRK has apparently shown interest in working Sriram Raghavan and Amit Sharma as well. Sriram Raghavan has to his credit one of the biggest sleeper hits of 2018 AndhaDhun which people are still raving about and Amit gave Ayushmann Khurrana his first Rs 100 crore film with Badhaai Ho. Clearly, these two are breaking grounds and it seems SRK wants to be in on it! As per the daily, the superstar has discussed a few scripts with both the directors.
Shah Rukh Khan clearly wants to be part of the small town movies that are creating so much noise at the box office. Be it the horror comedy Stree or a thriller like AndhaDhun, the audience is going in bulk to watch these movies again and again. The high on content and less on star power funds of these movies have helped the films a lot.
