Kuch ho na ho, 2018 will be remembered for the grand weddings it made us witness. And while we are still at that, the one name that pops us as the most lavish and opulent one amongst them all, and God knows there were a few, it's the royal wedding of Ambani family's heiress Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, scion of the Piramal group. The wedding of the century which took place over multiple venue and multiple dates and hosted high-profile guests from all aspects including Beyonce, Hillary Clinton and the who's who of Bollywood like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan and many others.
And while it has a been over a month since the shaadi and its shenanigans, new pictures of the power couple have emerged online from their haldi ceremony and they are too good to go amiss. Isha chose a beautiful orangish golden lehenga with intricate designs from the house of Sabyasachi and looked bespoke. She was also decked up in what looks like a 5-layered flower ornament. Sabyasachi even took to Instagram to share a few snaps of the lovebirds and they look adorable. Check it out here.
Doesn't she look just lovely? Nita and Mukesh Ambani s daughter Isha got engaged to Swati and Ajay Piramal s son Anand in September in Lake Como, Italy. Isha and Anand s sangeet on December 9 was the grandest sangeet witnessed in a long time in India with the whole of Bollywood assembling to mark their presence. They then got married in a traditional Gujarati wedding ceremony on December 12 at the Ambanis Mumbai home, Antilla. They followed this up by another reception.
