In what can be described as a fresh pairing, the stunning Ileana D'Cruz has been roped in opposite John Abraham in Anees Bazmee's Pagalpanti. The film will go on floors from January 2019. Anil Kapoor who seems to be one of the director's favourites has also been brought on board with Arshad Warsi. The film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat and Abhishek Pathak. A source told Mumbai Mirror that it is a complete comedy, which will be shot in London and Leeds in a 50-day schedule. Anil and Arshad will bring in the fun element while Ileana will be shown romancing John.
John and Anees have worked together in Welcome Back, which was a hit at the box office. He has done a number of films with Anil Kapoor, the last one being the blockbuster Mubarakan, which starred Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty in main roles. The movie was a huge success. Bazmee was in London to do recce for the film. Two days back, Anil Kapoor wrote on Twitter that Bazmee brings out the craziest side of him.
