It seems that after the dismal performance of Zero, Shah Rukh Khan is going back to a franchise film to taste the box office success. While Saare Jahan Se Acha (Rakesh Sharma biopic) and Vikram Vedha remake are already in the pipeline, the latest report suggests that the Badshah Khan has agreed to do the third installment of the Don franchise and will kickstart the shooting of it in the next year. Though nothing official has come out regarding the same.
But if Don 3 is happening, it will indeed be great news for us, since it's a long we have seen SRK doing a grey character. With his ultimate swag and charm, we hope to listen to his popular dialogues from the previous two parts. Since the earlier installments were helmed by Farhan Akhtar, we are assuming that he will take the director's seat for Don 3 as well. Though it will be interesting to see, which actress will come on board to play the female lead. Earlier this year while talking to us, producer of the film Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed that Don 3 will definitely happen and said, "Don is going to happen but we still haven't locked the story. Lot of people are looking forward to it. We need to figure out what the story is. We are working on an idea, discussing it internally...when it will happen we don't know."
