Baahubali star Prabhas, whose full name is Uppalapati Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju, moved the Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday alleging that revenue authorities seized his guest house in the city. The Rebel star was represented by his counsel D V V Satyanarayana.
As per the petition filed by the star, the document says that the actor had bought the land, on which the guest house is built, in 2005-06 and had paid Rs 1 crore for the regularisation. However, in the last week, the authorities claimed that the application for the regularisation was still pending and attempted to demolish the structure without giving him any notice. Since the actor has now moved the high court, we are waiting to see whether they will give a decision in his favour or not. On the professional front, Prabhas will be next seen in Saaho. Talking about the film, which is shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, it is made on a whopping budget of Rs 150 crore. Apart from Prabhas, the film features many Bollywood stars like Shraddha Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mahesh Manjrekar. Prabhas is reportedly playing the character of a spy and will be seen donning a trench coat most of the time, keeping his face half-covered in the film. It is directed by Sujeeth, who previously helmed Run Raja Run and is scheduled to hit the screens on August 15, 2019. It will clash with Mission Mangal and Batla House at the box office.
