Divyanka Tripathi has had a great year in 2018. Today the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress turns a year older. As she steps into another year of her life, Tripathi is content with life and career. She is at the top of her game, is cited as one of the top actresses on Indian TV and has a husband who is the prototype of an ideal hubby. To top it all, her ever smiling face and gratitude towards life magnifies her achievements. BollywoodLife got a chance to interact with the talented actress, who kickstarted her career with beauty pageants, on her birthday eve. We start off by asking her as to how this year has been, and a joyous Mrs Dahiya states, "There have been some amazing moments for me this year. Being a state icon and the ambassador for the elections for my home state Madhya Pradesh is definitely one of them! Featuring on the Forbes 100 list for the 2nd time is another! My various holidays and trips with Vivek (Dahiya) in this year too! Especially, our Maldives vacation and the trip to the UK were the memorable ones."
The actress celebrates the New year with double gusto, as she turns a year old and the calendar marks a new year as well. The coming year has a lot of new things in store for her, including her digital series, Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala. When we quiz her as to what she wants to achieve in the coming year, the actress says, "I want to do some great things in the coming year of 2019! Create a better mark, and just do something big! And yes I will be foraying into the web space now, but if given a chance I would also love to do some films too!"
While you may think that Divyanka has her birthday plan all chalked out, here's the truth - there isn't a plan, at least she is not aware of one. "I have honestly not planned anything as such for my birthday this year, as I have left it all to Vivek. So he is actually going to kind of kidnap me to some unknown location. I am not yet sure of where he is going to take me, so this birthday is surely going to be one full of surprises."
