Dynamic filmmaker Shankar will kickstart shooting of Indian 2 which stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role. According to reports, the shooting of Indian 2 may begin from January 19th, 2018 and will have the Tamil top star canning important scenes. And while that is in progress, reports are doing rounds that Shankar may soon join hands with a Bollywood star. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Shankar may soon team up with Hrithik Roshan and the film will be a Sci-fi genre. According to the report, Shankar always wanted to do a film with Hrithik Roshan and soon something will happen. Shankar has already narrated a one-liner to Hrithik which was liked by the star and the filmmaker's team is working on the script of the film. The pre-production works have already begun for the film and soon an official announcement would be made.
Reportedly, Shankar always wanted to work with Hrithik Roshan and do it in the superhero space which suits Hrithik the most. Hrithik Roshan is currently wrapping up his upcoming film Super 30 and will prepare for Krissh 4 which will be directed by his father Rakesh Roshan. Coincidentally, Hrithik Roshan was one of the options Shankar had weighed on for 2.0 besides Akshay Kumar and Arnold Schwarzenegger. However, Hrithik couldn t take up 2.0 because of his rigorous schedule of Super 30 which may hit the screens in mid-2019.
