Ranveer Singh's Simmba trailer has been watched and here're 5 things we loved about it

Simmba trailer will be out in two days and everyone is really excited about it. This will be Ranveer Singh's first release post his wedding to Deepika Padukone. Now we had the privilege of watching the trailer two days before the launch and there's so much that we would like to tell you. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty. Amusingly, last time Ranveer and Rohit came together, they were battling it out at the box office with Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani. Now they are working together in Simmba. Another interesting fact is Sara Ali Khan is perhaps the only debutant who will have her first and second film releasing in the same month and in the same year. Some coincidences do leave you astounded! Anyway, coming back to the trailer, here are the five things we absolutely loved in the trailer...

#Simmba can be called an extension of the Singham franchise. Ranveer plays a cop and the entire look and feel of the film will remind you of Ajay Devgn's cop act from the series. Rohit Shetty makes sure he continues with the legacy. There's a lot of Marathi actors in the film playing pivotal characters. It will be a tribute to Singham in many ways than one.

#Ranveer's character goes through an emotional graph from being this goofy mischievous cop to a menacing one. The actor looks the part to the T. All his fans will be really happy to see him in this role because it has been a while since he played a character like that. And after Khilji in Padmaavat, this will be a refreshing change.

#Ranveer and Sara's chemistry will be one of the highlights of the trailer. They have a spark! Sara has just one dialogue in the trailer but that's enough to tell you what their equation will be in the film.

#Rohit Shetty has made sure there are no cars being blown in the film. He clearly wants to stay away from that in Simmba.

#There are many cameos which will make Simmba an amazing experience when it releases on December 28.
