As Mili gets a call from Police about a dead body, Zoya gets tensed. She goes to identify the dead body. She is very scared. When she is about to open the bedsheet of the dead body, the inspector informs her that Aditya is fine and the dead body belongs to someone else. Zoya feels relaxed. The inspector informs that the dead body is of the son of a lady whom Aditya has brought there. Zoya notices that Aditya has come there with Nani. She tells Zoya that the dead body belongs to Rajveer. She says that she lost the battle against Zoya. She apologizes for whatever she behaved with Zoya due to the anger in her mind and decided to take revenge from Zoya. She pleads Zoya to forgive her so that God can forgive her sins. She cries a lot. Later Nani leaves from there. Aditya gets a call from home. He runs immediately as the call is regarding Anjana. Zoya follows him.
On the other side, Arjun reaches Siddiqui house. Roshnaq opens the door. She is shocked to see him. Arjun asks her whether he can come inside. Roshnaq is tensed as Waseem will not like that.Arjun enters in. Waseem gets angry to see him. He asks him about the reason to come there. Arjun explains that he knows that Waseem doesn t like him but Arjun says that he wants to say something keeping their past apart. Waseem allows him to say what he wants to say. Arjun tells him that he loves Noor. Waseem is shocked to know that. Noor is scared about Waseem s reaction on that. Arjun says that life gave him lot of sad moments but he always wanted to be with Noor as she also loves him. He also says that Noor will not accept that in front of Waseem as she loves her father than him. Arjun asks for Waseem and Roshnaq s permission to get married to Noor. Waseem asks Noor whether Arjun is saying is true. He asks her whether she loves Arjun. Noor cries but accepts it. She also says that she loves her father more so she came back to Dehradun. Waseem asks her to listen to what he is saying. Waseem says that both the girls are his life and Noor left her love for him. He also says that he cannot live with tears in Noor s eyes. He says that he sees truth in Arjun s eyes so she will be happy with him. He blesses both of them.
When Aditya and Noor reach home, they see Anjana has cut her wrist nerves to commit suicide and she is bleeding badly. Both are shocked. Zoya asks Aditya to take Anjana to the hospital. They take her to the hospital. When Anjana is taken for treatment, by mistake Zoya holds Aditya s hand. Later she leaves his hand when she realizes that. Both of them look at each other. Zoya remembers how he didn t trust her. But Aditya tries to pacify her but she leaves from there.Mili sees that. So she gets hurt but follows Zoya. She asks Zoya not to worry about Anjana. She asks Zoya about how they will leave as she has seen that Aditya has always been just living. She also says that they both should realize how lucky they are and they should come together. Doctor informs Aditya that his mother is out of danger so he can relax. A nurse comes there and asks Aditya to go to the Medicine room saying that Zoya has called him there. Zoya is asked to bring some medicines from the medicine room. She looks for the medicines. Aditya wonders why Zoya has called him there. Both of them look at each other. Zoya asks him why he came there. Aditya says that she only called him there. Zoya says that she didn t call him up. She tries to go out but the door is locked. She asks him whether he has locked it. Aditya comes closer to her. Zoya feels awkward. He apologizes to her. Aditya cries a lot for breaking his promise of not leaving her. Zoya asks him for the reason to forgive him. He says that he loves her and he cannot live without her. There is a flashback when Aditya meets Nani who confesses that she killed Harsh Hooda and running his family. She also clarifies to him that nothing happened between Rajveer and Zoya so Zoya is innocent. Zoya says that he got a proof about her innocence so he is apologizing. Aditya says that they are meant to be together. He also says that he is not Lord Ram but he is a stupid that he could not understand. He says sorry . Both of them get emotional and come closer.Suddenly Kunal opens the door of that room and asks Aditya to come with him immediately. They all reach to the terrace where Anjana is standing up on the edges to jump to suicide. Aditya and Zoya reach there. Aditya tries to make Anjana believe that he is there and Harsh is also going to come. But Anjana says that a person once is dead never come back. She says that she remembers everything and she also needs to go. Zoya also requests her to come down. Doctor says that because of the injury, Anjana must have recollected the past. Anjana confesses that she killed Pooja, Yash and Sakshi. So when she is about to jump, Aditya and Zoya save her. Police arrest her. Anjana apologizes to Zoya and blesses for both.Police takes her away. Aditya is shocked to know about Sakshi. Zoya and Aditya finally come together. Mili and Kunal are happy about them so they leave from there.
Next day morning, Mili is doing something with a red thread on Aditya s chair in the cabin. She feels that someone might have done black magic on Aditya. Kunal asks her from when she started believing that.. She shows him the promo of the new show Tantra from 3rd December 2018 on Colours TV.
On the other side, Waseem looks very happy. Roshnaq says that she has seen him happy when their daughters were born. Waseem says that she will see him happy henceforth. Zoya, Aditya, Noor and Roshnaq come there. Waseem meet all of them happily. All are happy together. Waseem blesses both the couples to be happy. Waseem takes a photo of the entire family. So that all is well that ends well.
