Captain Marvel is the next big Marvel film we are rooting for. Before Avengers: Endgame gives us many reasons to cry, loath, get shocked and be happy (perhaps), Carol Danvers is going to narrate her origin. But before she can take on Thanos, Carol has to fight out the shape-shifting Skrulls who have infiltrated the earth. Marvel Studios yesterday released yet another footage from the film which says a lot about it. For the first time, we get to see other characters from the film. So apart from Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury, there is also Jude Law playing Captain Kree mentor, busy training Carol to control her power for the good. Law looks quite cool as the mentor. She also explains what Skrulls really are and also the fact that she is quite lost as to what to do about these abilities. Then there is the origin story as she 'doesn't remember her past.' So she will be figuring out her purpose on this Earth. Check out the new footage right here...
In the post-credit scene of Avengers: Infinity War, Nick Fury pages Captain Marvel and then vanishes after the devastating Thanos snap. Now Carol Danvers isn't from the present world but from 1995 and hence, the pager. That links her to the next Avengers movie and it is believed that she will save everyone. Quite obviously, the excitement for that film has reached a peak.
