This morning came with the news of veteran actor-director Rakesh Roshan being diagnosed with cancer. Hrithik Roshan shared the news on the day of his surgery. The actor took to social media and wrote, "Asked my dad for a picture this morning. Knew he wouldn't miss gym on surgery day. He is probably the strongest man I know. Got diagnosed with early-stage squamous cell carcinoma of the throat a few weeks ago, but he is in full spirits today as he proceeds to battle it. As a family, we are fortunate and blessed to have a leader like him. Love you Dad."
Soon after Hrithik's post, fans, and well-wishers of the actor started pouring wishes for him. Hrithik's ex-wife, Sussanne Khan wished him a speedy recovery as well. The 40-year-old left a comment on HR's post which read, "He is stronger than any superhero, all will go smoothly."
