It seems like 2018 is all about forgiving people and making peace with their pasts for a few Bollywood stars. After we reported that Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif have waved the white flags to pave way for a new friendship to look forward to, the Zero actress has made peace with the fact that her close friend Alia Bhatt is dating Kat s ex Ranbir Kapoor. Speaking to Mid-Day, Katrina got candid about her equation with the Raazi actress and shared that she has become a more accepting person.
"Today, it is not about what that person has done to me or made me feel or vice versa. I have become more accepting. We are all colleagues leading our own lives. I am very fond of Priyanka, who I recently had a great time with. We have all known each other for a long time and today, certain things don't matter, she said.
We may have had a conflicted and angst-ridden relationship, but it's still a relationship of some sort. We are mature enough to move beyond the hurt and accept each other just as we are without limiting our relationship with past baggage, she told the publication.
The new age actors are bringing some applaudable changes in dynamics in the industry. Impressive!
Katrina was clicked chatting with Alia last night, at the Star Screen Awards. In videos and photos coming from the venue, the two actresses are seen sharing a happy moment while Salman Khan is seen standing beside Katrina in the scene.
