Thugs Of Hindostan arrived and tanked. Even the combined might of Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif couldn't make any difference. Its sole redemption was to make an insane amount of money in China, where Aamir is the most loved Indian actor. But it seems they saw through this facade as well. While Dangal and Secret Superstar made China the most lucrative spot for Indian films, Thugs Of Hindostan couldn't match up to it at all. China has rejected the film like us...well, we do think alike!

#ThugsOfHindostan has received a substantial amount [ 100 cr+] upfront from #China thanks to the superstardom that Aamir enjoys there... Irrespective of how #TOH fares in #China, YRF is already in safe zone due to the solid price they have received from the local distributors.

The film is the biggest flop of 2018 which hurts because, after almost a decade, Aamir faltered. He has even tendered an apology for Thugs' dismal record at the box office which says it all.
